Garth founded Quantico in March 2021, following a remarkable career leading and managing in elite military, commercial and expeditionary environments. Drawing on his experiences of operating in teams on Everest and K2, commanding coalition forces on operations in hostile countries and managing in safety-critical airline roles, Garth is able to provide a unique perspective of what it takes to be a high performance leader. 

An articulate and compelling trainer and facilitator, Garth is able to guide any audience to practically apply powerful leadership and development tools and techniques in both their personal and professional lives.
